Lived-experience CPR training led by a cardiac arrest survivor. 30 minute sessions, small groups and hands-on practice. In 2024 Rob's heart stopped. He only survived because his wife Ruby knew CPR. Now they are on a mission to make sure you do too. Join us for a life changing community event where you will learn the single most important skill any person can know.
