Service Description

These sessions offer a gentle and supportive space to connect with your body through slow, intentional movement. The focus isn’t on fitness, flexibility, or technique, but rather on tuning in to your internal experience with curiosity and compassion. Each movement is an invitation to notice your breath and sensations in your body, helping to cultivate a deeper sense of presence and awareness. With regular practice, mindful movement can gently mobilise the joints, ease muscle tension, and enhance proprioception - our sense of how our body moves and where it is in space. Most importantly, it’s a chance to reconnect with your body with kindness, compassion and acceptance. You don’t need any experience or equipment - just wear something comfortable and perhaps bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Sessions are £8 each.
