PMDD Empowerment Circle: Next meet 20th June

We’re proud to provide space for a free peer support group for those navigating

Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) a severe cycle-related condition that deeply impacts emotional and physical well-being.

PMDD can be an isolating and overwhelming experience, and the lack of local support in Derby has left many struggling in silence. That’s why the PMDD Peer Empowerment Circle was created to provide a space where voices are heard, experiences are shared, and healing begins through the power of community.

When the systems meant to support us fall short, we must take matters into our own hands. By coming together, we reclaim our power, become our own experts, and build the support network we all deserve.

📍 At Hannah Fields Community Garden, Derby

What to expect:

🌙 A safe, supportive space to talk openly about PMDD

🤝 Peer-led discussions to share knowledge & coping strategies

☕ Tea, cake, and a welcoming environment—inside our cosy cabin or out in nature

This is a free gathering, open to anyone with PMDD seeking support and connection. You don’t need a diagnosis just the knowing you are experiencing this debilitating condition. Please book via our Facilitator Rosie via email: pmdduprising@gmail.com or text: 07977138352. Follow this link to join the WhatsApp community: https://chat.whatsapp.com/BROp9lxf0EoCLKcmEBZjwY
